about diane m. sanders • the solver
I’ve been solving marketing problems since the dawn of the internet.
37 years. One person. The whole job. Here’s what that actually means — and what it means for you.

person. whole job.
I started this work when there were no pre-made templates, drag-and-drop builders, or automated tools to generate a first draft. You had to master the actual mechanics of the craft, or your business simply didn’t last.
Over nearly four decades, I have managed the complete marketing, copy, and design architecture for businesses of every scale—from local medical practices and law firms to national restaurant chains.
For several years, I operated exclusively behind the scenes on a private retainer basis for a small, selective roster. It was exceptional work for incredible companies. However, retainer life inherently isolates a strategist from the room where the most critical, interesting corporate problems live—the ones that require deep structural design, not just daily task execution.
I have returned to the private market with an intentional constraint: a smaller roster, an elite fit, and more complex challenges. I accept new clients highly selectively. If I analyze your business framework and determine I cannot deliver a massive return on your investment, I will tell you directly before you spend a single dollar.

How my mind works.
I notice things. That’s probably the simpliest way to put it.
I see structural gaps in your messaging before you can name them. I spot a layout or design that is sending the wrong signal to your target market, even when everyone else thinks it looks fine. I ask the question nobody has asked yet—and usually, it is the exact question that unlocks the roadblock.
That isn’t something I learned in a classroom. It is simply how my brain is wired, sharpened by decades of solving practical problems for real businesses. I do not guess, and I do not rush. I find where to look, and I get your brand positioned correctly faster than most.
in their words
Don’t take my word for it.
“Diane Sanders list of skills only begin to unveil the deep wealth of knowledge and talent available to those seeking direction from her for their promotion, marketing and design. She is imaginative, thoughtful and, especially important, FUN during the creative process.
Her attention and passion, no matter the scope of the project, makes a difference in your outcome and her commitment to completing the task surpasses expectations. Above and beyond tends to be her own personal mantra. She also has amazing patience when the client doesn’t even know what they want! I recommend Diane and AGM often and have never been disappointed … nor have those who called her.”
~ Connie Bennett-Martin
“Quality work time and time again! I worked with AGM for well over a decade with a prior business, and have never been disappointed in her work. To me that’s incredible, since I’ve usually got a bunch of crazy ideas running around in my head that need someone to focus them… lol.”
~ Tom McGregor
“Beautiful work, the patience of a Saint. You can’t go wrong!!”

Excellence represented every time
What I bring to every project.
01
Copy + Design. One brain.
When design and copy come from separate vendors, messages get lost. Because everything starts in one place, your assets work together.
02
Print production knowledge
Decades of execution mean I know what happens when layout files print wrong. I manage all the technical specifications so your assets look flawless everywhere.
03
Business Owner Perspective
I have run my own company through recessions and platform shifts since 1989. I know what it feels like when your marketing fails and the phone completely stops ringing.
04
Fast. Precise. Done.
I capture your strategic vision quickly and construct your assets with high efficiency. This isn’t rushing; it is just decades of practical pattern recognition.
the human part
Who I am when I’m not working.
I live in Florida with my husband Kelly and a small, opinionated collection of dogs who have strong feelings about my work schedule.
I’m a serious home cook with an unyielding interest in excellent food—the kind of person who researches a restaurant before committing to dinner and considers the whole experience part of the craft. That same attention to detail shows up in everything I build.
My children and grandchildren are the reason any of this matters. Building something real, something that lasts, something worth passing down—that’s not abstract for me. It’s personal.
I ask questions everyone else was thinking but didn’t say out loud. I want to know what a thing is supposed to accomplish before I decide whether it’s any good. That same instinct shows up in the work—and it’s why clients who want someone to just execute an order aren’t usually the right fit for me.
I don’t just design pretty things. I want to know what they’re supposed to accomplish — and whether they’re actually going to do it.

Ready to work with someone who actually gets it?
Most people come to me knowing something isn’t working, but they can’t quite put their finger on what it is. We spend 60 focused minutes together figuring out your roadblocks. Then, I write it all up in a plain-English report with a clear 30-day plan so you know exactly what to do next.
