all graphics & marketing – excellence represented since 1989
Most marketing problems aren’t design problems.
They’re clarity problems. Or direction problems. Sometimes they’re the result of a project that dragged on for months, cost more than it was supposed to, and still didn’t deliver what was promised.
Whatever got you here, there’s usually something real already working in your favor — even if it’s hard to see right now. I can usually find it fast.
I’m Diane Sanders. I’ve been doing this work since 1989 — graphic design, brand strategy, copywriting, web design. All of it, done by me personally. Not a team. Not templates. Me.
the real problem
It’s rarely what you think it is.
After 37 years of doing this work, the thing I’ve learned is that the presenting problem and the actual problem are usually different.
A business owner calls because their logo looks dated. We start talking and it turns out the real issue is that nobody understands what they do from their website. Or their messaging is pulling in the wrong clients. Or they’ve got three different versions of their brand floating around and none of them match.
I notice things like that quickly. I ask different questions than most designers do. And I give you a straight answer — even if the straight answer isn’t what you were expecting to hear.
The design is usually the last thing we fix. First we figure out what the design is supposed to do.

Before anything else – The BlueprintTM
Before I take on any project, I start with The Blueprint™ — a complete brand audit and written strategic roadmap.
We spend 60 minutes together so I can ask the right questions. Then I do the work: auditing your brand, your website, your messaging, and your market position from the outside — the way your clients actually see it.
Within 3 business days you receive a plain-English written report identifying what’s working, what isn’t, and what to prioritize first — with real pricing attached. This is your strategic roadmap, not a punch list. No runaround. No vague recommendations.
If you decide to move forward with me, the $950 applies directly toward your first project.
I cap these at 4 per month. If you’ve been sitting on a brand problem, now’s the time.
what i do
One person. The whole job.
Most businesses that need marketing help end up with a small committee of vendors who’ve never met each other — a designer, a copywriter, a web person, maybe a photographer. Everyone does their piece and nobody’s responsible for how it all fits together.
I do all of it. That’s not a workaround — it’s actually the better way. The copy and the design come from the same thinking, so they work together instead of talking past each other.

why this works
I see what other people miss.
It’s hard to explain without sounding like I’m bragging, so let me just say it plainly and you can decide for yourself.
I’ve always noticed things quickly — the gap in someone’s messaging, the logo that’s sending the wrong signal, the website copy that says everything except what the client actually needs to hear. I ask different questions than most people in this field do. I look at the whole picture, not just the piece I’ve been hired to fix.
01
Copy + Design. Same Brain.
When they come from different people who’ve never met, something always gets lost. When they come from the same person, they work together.
02
Print Production Knowledge
37 years means I’ve seen what happens when files that look perfect on screen come back from the printer wrong. I know the specs.
03
Business Owner Perspective
I’ve run my own business since 1989. I know what it feels like when the marketing isn’t working and the phone isn’t ringing.
04
Second Nature Angle
Seeing a brand problem comes easily to me. Like an experienced doctor who gets to the root issue quickly — You get this benefit every time I look at your business.
Not sure where to start? That’s what The BlueprintTM is for.
Most people come to me knowing something isn’t working but not knowing exactly what. That’s fine. That’s the whole point — we figure it out together, I write it up, and you walk away with a clear picture and a plan.
