Good work starts with understanding the real problem.

A clear, collaborative process built from nearly four decades of solving real business and marketing challenges.

Sometimes the problem you see isn’t the problem you have.

A website problem can really be a messaging problem. Weak search visibility can start with site structure or positioning. Inconsistent social media may be a symptom of a brand that was never clearly defined.

I’m Diane M. Sanders, founder of All Graphics & Marketing. Since 1989, I’ve worked across branding, design, print, websites, copywriting, marketing, ecommerce and search visibility. That experience has taught me to look beyond the obvious symptom and see how the pieces affect one another.

It’s why I call myself The Solver.

My job isn’t to sell you more marketing. It’s to figure out what actually needs to happen next.

A process built around clarity.

Diagnose (Days 1–3)

Align (The Scope)

Execute (The Production)

What working together feels like.

After nearly four decades in this business, I’ve learned that the best work doesn’t come from complicated agency processes. It comes from clear communication, good information, mutual trust and the freedom to say, “Something about this isn’t right yet — let’s figure out why.”

We keep momentum together.

I’ll give you clear milestones, tell you what I need and keep you informed about where the project stands.

When I need copy, photography, access credentials, approvals or business information from you, you’ll know what I need and when I need it.

You don’t have to understand my production process or organize everything perfectly before contacting me. I’ll help you understand what needs to be gathered so we can keep the project moving.

You’ll always know what happens next.

Ambiguity is expensive.

Before production begins, we’ll establish the scope, responsibilities, timeline, investment and approval process.

If something changes along the way, we’ll talk about it before it becomes a surprise.

Clear expectations make creative work better — and make the experience a lot more enjoyable.

You work directly with The Solver.

When you hire All Graphics & Marketing, you work with me.

I listen closely, ask a lot of questions and tend to notice connections that aren’t obvious when you’re standing inside the business every day.

Sometimes that means I’ll see a different problem than the one you originally called about. Sometimes I’ll tell you the thing you thought needed replacing is perfectly fine.

That’s part of the value.

I’m here to solve the right problem — not manufacture more work.

Good ideas get better through conversation.

You know your business.

I know my craft.

The strongest work happens when we bring both to the table.

If something doesn’t feel right, tell me. If I see a problem with an idea, I’ll explain why. We can challenge an assumption, change direction when the evidence supports it, and keep refining until the work does what it is supposed to do.

You don’t need design vocabulary or marketing jargon to work with me.

You just need to be part of the conversation.

Strategy doesn’t stop when production starts.

I don’t treat strategy, design, copy, websites, search visibility, social media and print as unrelated services.

A website headline affects search understanding. Brand positioning affects conversion. Site structure affects how Google and AI answer engines understand the business. Social content reinforces authority and messaging. Print has to feel like the same company someone just encountered online.

I look at those connections throughout the work.

That doesn’t mean every client needs every service.

It means whatever we do should make sense within the larger business.

And yes, it should be enjoyable.

Changing something you’ve built can be exciting, uncomfortable — and occasionally both in the same afternoon.

I keep the process calm, straightforward and human.

There will be decisions to make. There may be ideas we throw away. There will probably be moments when one of us says, “Wait. I think I just figured it out.”

That’s part of good creative work.

We’re doing serious work. We don’t have to be miserable while we’re doing it.

Still sound like something you want?
